課程概述

本課程於每學年度第一學期開課，為一三學分課程。上課時間為每週五下午2:20至5:20於基醫大樓1234室，是藥學所的必修課程。

課程目標
 本課程主要介紹用於藥物及生技藥物的遞輸系統。內容包括控釋及標的遞輸系統的基本設計原理介紹及其於劑型方面之應用；介紹peptide、蛋白質、及DNA等生物製劑的結構安定性及配方設計；並介紹經由特殊遞輸部位(例如皮膚、鼻腔、肺部等)或藉由特殊標的遞輸載體(例如微球、奈米粒、微脂粒)，而將藥物遞輸至體內，甚至特定治療部位之應用。
